Romaldi Constructions undertake a clean up of the site, installation of new fencing and placement of sheds etc for the new building.
Term 1 Week 8, Tuesday 22nd March
An exciting day for the Victor Harbor R-7 School and community as we eagerly watch the arrival of the cement trucks, as the foundations for our new Middle School building are layed. Much appreciation towards the families of the children and local residents, who had to overcome kiss and drop and road closures to enable this day to run as smoothly as it did. It was a very exciting day for many of the Victor Harbor R-7 students who could witness and to watch on as the big crane and cement trucks continued their work all day.
Term 2 Week 9, Friday 1st July 2016
Our new building is starting to take shape. The roof and brickwork is now well advanced. the internal cabling, plumbing and gyprocking hasbegun. Once all the windows have been installed the internal work will begin in earnest with many new and exciting technologically advanced teaching aids to be used by teachers and students. So far the the building works are running on time, with the building to be finished and ready to be occupied by our students day one 2017. Big thank you to Mark (Site Manager) from Romaldi Constructions and his crew for an excellent job done so far!
