Sports Day 2020
Tuesday 3rd of May 2022Penny 1080.1, Rumbelow 1073.7, Jenkins 1057.8, Bruce 1035.2
This year our school was very lucky to have a Sports Day due to Covid-19. It didn’t make our Sports Day any less fun. There’s always so many fun activities like high Jump, Shot Put, Court Games, Tug a War and of course the Relays, especially the Teacher Relay. Another part that most people like is dressing up in their colours, Penny-Orange, Rumbelow-Red, Bruce-Green & Jenkins-Yellow. It was great seeing how creative some people get. It was fantastic how everyone put in 100% effort and Penny was just lucky enough to win this year. We thank our parents for their understanding with not being able to cheer on the students this year.

2018 School Performance
Tuesday 3rd of May 2022Memories of a Lifetime was the title of this year’s school production. The cast and crew of 47 students from Year 4 to 7 performed in six shows in the Victor Harbor Town Hall on Oct 17th and 18th.
Joe spends the day with his grandchildren, he reminisces about the memories from his life. As he tells the stories they appear on stage through music, dance and action. His joy, heartache and bravery are shown to his family. From all the broken pieces of the mirror of his memories will Joe be able to find peace with himself ?
Thank you to everyone who participated in this very rewarding experience.

Mud Day 2018
Tuesday 3rd of May 2022Last Friday, 29th June, Victor Harbor R-7 School celebrated International Mud Day. International Mud Day began in 2009 at a World Forum Event where Gillian McAuliffe from Australia and Bishnu Bhatta from Nepal came up with the concept as a way to encourage feelings of community and appreciation for the world around us. Mud is quintessential to the outdoors, and the outdoors mean fresh air and exercise, two of the best things for us.
We took part of the annual event by creating our very own mud slide, mud obstacle course and a mud kitchen! There were plenty of smiles and laughs throughout the afternoon.
Thank you to all the parents and caregivers who supported this event. We hope it was an afternoon the students will remember and has encouraged them to get outside and appreciate the wonderful community we live in.
